Error Code -43 | Can't remove files

So I've just managed to install Sierra and running into the problem that I can't delete old or new files as I'm getting the following error code -43.

So this is rather problematic as I can't remove anything, is there anyone who knows how to fix this?

Well thanks I guess, it's not that I've posted the error here before doing my research on google, on this forum and others but it's that most "solutions" don't seem to work for me.

I'll try further steps though, either way thanks for the post
