El Capitan with Gigabyte Z87X-D3H

I recently updated my Hacintosh to El Capitan because of a new graphics card (GTX970), and I'm having a lot of instability problems. (Mavericks installation was very stable) The installation itself was a breeze, system boots ok and all peripherials (gfx, sound, ethernet, usb) seem to be working, but I'm getting random kernel panics. Also sometimes applications like Google Chrome crash without any clear reason, just reporting a segmentation fault.

I have tested my memory with memtest86 (0 errors), changed system definition from MacPro3,1 -> iMac14,2 (which seemed to reduce crashing a bit, but so slightly that it might be just my imagination) and tried various combinations of different bios settings and kernel boot flags.

Does anybody know what is going on? Or have any ideas what I could try next?

Hi, i have a z87x-udh4 and also a gtx970 and no problems with el capitan.
Installed with nv_disable=1, and after nvidia web driver, everything works fine.
Only thing i´ve done in my bios settings are disable internal graphic and disable secure boot.
Disable vt-d if using a non K cpu.
And, use the beta Bios F10b.

Ok. Gotta try that secure boot setting and bios upgrade tomorrow. F10b bios is not available for my motherboard, but the D3H's latest (F9) is released few months after the F10b and has similar sounding changelog.

UPDATE:
It seems that F9 bios fixed the stability problems! Although USB3 is broken now. Sigh.

Were you able to boot with onboard graphics? I have tried nv_disable=1 along with a list of other things to no avail.
