ok i had the same problem with my os x el capitan 15G1510.
GA-Z87X-UD3H
CPU: Intel i7-4770, 3.39GHz
Graphics: GT610
System Definition: Mac pro 3.1
what i did was
1. uninstall nvidia web - restart
2. Hdmi than worked
3. changed in clover configurator to iMac 14.2
4. removed ndva_drv=1 than save
5. installed web driver "WebDriver-346.03.15f08"
Now its working for me.
one more thing u could also try "14.1" if "14.2" isn't helpful
