ok, if i will now install mac, than will create a partion for windows 8.1 there will be no problem? I have read before on microsoft sites, that there will be need to create partions efi and something like this..

Don't create a partition for Windows. Leave "free space" for it. Create the partition when you use the Windows installer.

hmm... I will launch disk utility and format all my drive to what format? Journaled mac os x or what?

cant even find, how to do this the best way... now my drive has 4 standart partios, what should i do in disk util, that i will be able to install win8.1 after mac..)

Partition disk in two partitions, one HFS+J for OS X, other "free space".
