Dual boot 2 drives, Clover, Existing Windows 8 drive

When I swap the drives so my OSX drive is in the media bay and Windows 7 legacy is in the main bay, I can't get anything other than windows to boot, no Clover. I tried hitting f9 and trying to boot off an EFI file but none of the drives are seen. I'll keep poking around the boot settings and see if I can find something that helps. Any advice will be appreciated.

When I have my osx drive in the main bay, I finally got it so Clover sees the windows drive properly after installing the NTFS.efi driver in clover and setting LegacayBiosDefault in Clover.

You should really install Windows with UEFI.
