Most people do not have an issue with that update.
I cannot predict the future for what might be your experience though.

Sorry about being off-topic. But I had to ask. and btw... I just updated to 10.12.3. No issues what so ever. Boot all just fine, display, wifi+bluetooth and sound working just fine.

I do alot of audio produtcion is ok to just use my intel hd630 with logic pro x and reason and native instruments maschine and run vsts inside logic also? My setup is a dual gpu laptop which is intel hd630 and nvidia gtx1050

Note that HD630 is your only choice on macOS/OS X in Nvidia Optimus scenario.

Is there any way I'd be able to get a second monitor running on the intel hd 4600 card? Preferably via the unused vga out, or any other way?

I'm sorry for bringing this topic up again, but since I cannot send direct messages, do you have your DSDT/SSDT for your laptop? Do you still use MacOS in your laptop?
