Hi, Is there are any difference between these two Network/Bluetooth cards.

I am going to use it for my acer laptop with hackintosh of couse

No "difference". BCM94352 is a WiFi chipset. It is commonly included BCM94352HMB or BCM94325Z WiFi cards.
