Well the time has come and Blizzard finally announced the release date for the long anticipated Diablo III.
Diablo III will launch on May 15, 2012 and you can pre-order now through Battle.net.
The launch will not see PVP mode as first mentioned being in the game. That will be patched in at a later date. It was left out at this time so the game can be launched without the masses waiting and waiting for the highly anticipated game.
Quick Game Summery:
Diablo III picks up the story twenty years after the events of Diablo II. Mephisto, Diablo, and Baal have been defeated, but the Worldstone, which once shielded the inhabitants of the world of Sanctuary from the forces of both Heaven and Hell, has been destroyed, and evil once again stirs in Tristram. Playing as a hero from one of five distinct character classes, players will acquire powerful items, spells, and abilities as they explore new and familiar areas of Sanctuary and battle hordes of demons to safeguard the world from the horrors that have arisen.

For those of you who play WoW there are a deal that if you bought a Years subscription of WoW you got Diablo III free. I don't know the full details about it because I have since deleted one of my WoW accounts with the other on the fence. I have been playing Star Wars and see no reason to pay a monthly gaming fee for several accounts anymore.
The Cinematic trailer.
