Why does your profile say "Chameleon", but then you attach CLOVER.ZIP?
Still no files in ACPI/origin.
You probably have a DSDT problem with USB. Try with USBInjectAll.kext.

Please fix your profile as per FAQ (still not idea if you're using Clover UEFI or Clover legacy, or Chameleon...???)
No need to build VoodooPS2Controller.kext from source. The guide links to pre-built kext...

So Im trying to do f4 and fn+f4 and its still not showing anything in the ACPI/origin folder? Any suggestions?

Clover will write the files to the EFI partition you're booting Clover from.

When I format the EFI partition to MS-DOS to make Clover Legacy write to it since it only writes on FAT32 , it doesn't boot into the Clover main menu. It only boots with Mac OS Extended.

There is no need to format the EFI partition. It is formatted correctly after you partition the disk with Disk Utility.
