With a correct system configuration, you should be able to do updates from the App Store.
Well, I decided to install most recent Mac OS High Sierra from Apple Store, 10.13.6. So I did a fresh install and it was a sucess. However, there is a issue: High Sierra is not shutdown if WiFi USB radio is on. I tried some fixes in config.plist like Fix Shutdown, but not work. Any tip? My Clover EFI Folder is attached.

USB WiFi not recommended.
Read FAQ for recommended WiFi/BT hardware:

Also, you forgot to configure USB correctly.
See USB guides linked from the FAQ.

Your ACPI patching is also wrong. See guide:

Well, I fixed it and I have it all working now (except for GTX 960 which is not supported). I bought a Bcm94352z wifi card and will no longer need to use a USB WiFi. While the order does not arrive, I keep using USB WiFi for now. Thank you.

I just get Dell 7559 i5 6300HQ but finding it difficult to boot through clover legacy have try all the steps here still not working.

You should be using UEFI...

Follow the Clover guide linked from the FAQ.
http://www.tonymacx86.com/el-capita...faq-read-first-laptop-frequent-questions.html

Although you should read the FAQ for an overview of issues, the Clover guide is linked from the first question: "Q. Where do I start?", just after the bold face "Clover Guide".
Here is a direct link, just to be clear:
https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/guide-booting-the-os-x-installer-on-laptops-with-clover.148093/

Also, your profile must be filled out with complete details as requested in the FAQ, again under "Q. Where do I start?". All seven details requested are equally important.

And if you have an issue (after following the guide), or on any other problem, you must provide a detailed description of the problem including information that helps us understand what you're doing. Always attach "Problem Reporting" files as per FAQ.
http://www.tonymacx86.com/el-capita...faq-read-first-laptop-frequent-questions.html
The required files and data are fully detailed in the last question in the FAQ:
"Q. What are typical "Problem Reporting" files?"

You forgot to attach verbose boot photo. Also forgot to press F2 and F4.
Please read FAQ, "Problem Reporting" carefully.

Your config.plist is not from the guide.
Please read it carefully:

Try to delete XhciDxe-64.efi from Driver64 or Drivers64UEFI folder. Using legacyEFi, you need to copy apfs.efi and hfsplus.efi in both Drivers64 and Drivers64UEFI. Only work to me with this.
