Dell 15r 5520 i5 troubles and woes - mountain lion 10.8 and 10.8.2

hi am a first time poster and have been on the scene awhile.

i have installed mountain lion using this chaps pre usb prep instructions. http://stakeout5.com/ pretty good.

my build

laptop 15 inch
graphics HD4000
processor i5
ram 6gb
usb wifi adapter - dynamde WL-700N-RXS it uses a realtek 8188su chipset. --- HELPPPPPP
local ethernet on board is again realtek 8105e - a pain in the ass. can only u in manual mode and 10mb only

so if someone can help i would be most grateful

i have sound and grahpics and usb 2.0 working.

when i launch the wireless utility provided by both dynamode and realtek my system log says below. and application fails to open in the dock.

NOTE: i have gatekeeper and system pref set to install and launch programs from anywhere
