CustoMac for VR

Hello everybody,
I need to build a new machine specifically for VR - Virtual Reality development, therefore it must be a super-charged machine.
Would anybody help me understanding whether it's possible to create a CustoMac with the following elements, or something compatible with the same characteristics?:
CPU - Intel Core i7-7700K Kaby Lake Quad-Core 4.2 GHz
Motherboard - Intel GIGABYTE GA-Z170X-UD5 (rev. 1.0) LGA 1151 Intel Z170 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.1 USB 3.0 ATX
Graphic Card - EVGA GeForce GTX 1080 Founders Edition, 08G-P4-6180-KR, 8GB GDDR5X, LED, DX12 OSD Support (PXOC)
RAM - G.SKILL TridentZ Series 32GB (4x8GB) 288-Pin SDRAM DDR4 3200 (PC4 25600)
HD - Samsung 850 EVO 1TB 2.5-Inch SATA III Internal SSD
Power Supply - Corsair AX Series, AX760, 760 Watt (760W), Fully Modular Power Supply, 80+

Motherboard you might as well start with a 270, if you're going kaby lake. Kaby late in general is a bit of a PITA currently, but doable.

1080 won't work now, may never.

I habe you MB only with Thunderbolt . Working with a Kaby Lake. You need to spoof your CPUID and do a Bios update before
