El Capitan 10.11.6, ASUS P5Q Deluxe, Core2 Q9550 > sometimes problems with my Audio- Card are coming back (AD2000B). So, after 9years of using my Hackintosh, I bought a used CREATIVE Sound Blaster X-Fi Titanium PCIe from 2007, deactivated in BIOS the onboard Audio- Card, deleted original AppleHDA.kext and installed "VHDA_X_Fi_Titanium_Fatal1ty_Champion" and Sound out Stereo is working immediately - and all other lines out/in are shown in SystemInformation - so I hope there will be no more trouble with Audio out.
