CPU fan speed control - i7-7700hq

I'm using intel HD630 as my 1060 ins't compatible. Ive unlocked my bios and disabled the 1060 in the BIOS and it's drawing no power or heat, I've also liquid metaled my laptop and the CPU temps are almost always great (30-35c idle). Except under hard load because the fans don't ramp properly. I've tried the macs fan control app and it doesn't recognize my fans. Does anyone know how I can properly set my fan curves? Simply running R20 I'm hitting 95 and thermal throttling with the fans barely kicking in.

Just as a side note, It's dual boot windows and with MSI dragoncenter my temps never reach over 70C with my custom fan curves, even with the GPU and CPU running at the same time, which share the same copper heat spreader.

Could possibly be because the GPU fan is not running since it's disabled. Any idea how to get the GPU fan to run without the GPU drawing power?

How I wrote in another thread when you can disable discret graphics over the bios and the fans will not work together you should contact your manufacturers.

On modern laptops the fans are controlled over an embedded controller.
