Corsair RM 650x Watt

Hi, in the requirements of the power supply is very specific. Corsair RM 650x Watt is the only option. However in the rest of the requirements there is a greater margin.

I do not understand, my idea is to put one more modest. Any recommendation?

The power supply is typically the last major component to be chosen when build a system because the other components together determine the wattage needed. What are your other components that you are considering?
