Clover Folder in Multiple Hard Drives and EFI partitions

I have 3 hard drives installed in my hackintosh. One is for OSX, second is for data and third for windows 10. I tried mounting the EFI partition and noticed there was one in each hard driive and inside each EFI folder there were the APPLE, BOOT CLOVER, CLOVER_INSTALL_LOG.txt folders and files.
My question is: Am I supposed to have and EFI partition in each hard drive and if so am I also supposed to have all of those files and folders inside of it. Please see attached pictures for more details.

Did you ever solve this issue? I am having a few problems booting from Clover and am wondering if the problem is linked

Having the same issue as well and after direct upgrade to Sierra I have crashes in Photos and on restart...

Can anyone assist?

Hi,

I just disconnected the Windows driver and all the EFIs disappeared, except for the OS-X/clover.

Still having problems with Photos, it hangs after trying to import and also screen saver take about 5 minutes to load photes...
