clover configurator is damaged and can't be opened

I am building my first Hackintosh, and working with El Capitan. I am on step 5-8 and it is coming up with an error that says:

"Clover Configurator" is damaged and can't be opened. You should move this file to the trash.

I've tried downloading it a couple of times all with the same result. Has anyone had this happen or know a solution?

System Preferences - Security & Privacy - Allow apps downloaded from anywhere

Perfect Thank you!! I guess I was used to the wording Mavericks uses, the damaged thing threw me off, and I didn't think of that.
