Catalina upgrade stays stuck on apple load bar [SOLVED]

Hmm bummer, neither SSDT-EC.aml nor the "EC0 to EC" patch worked for me.. I'm running Clover 4961. Update to 5070 puts my setup in a bootloop. Tried running with -v bootflag. The screenshot is where it gets stuck like forever.

Had a bunch of old unused kexts lying around. I removed the unused kexts, updated to the latest onces and performed a Kext Cache rebuild and permissions repair using Hackintool. Up and running Catalina now. i7-8700k Coffee Lake, AMD Radeon RX 580 8GB, 32Gigs RAM, NVME.

Boot problem solved with ec0 to ec patch. However, now I lost the internal webcam.

Any help to resolve this problem is greatly appreciated.
