Make sure you flash the BIOS with the modded BIOS rom > http://biosrepo.wordpress.com/asrock/z68/

More info about modded BIOS > http://www.tonymacx86.com/dsdt/47397-msi-asrock-foxconn-1155-patched-bios-thread.html

Set the BIOS as per below.

Advance > Advanced\North Bridge Configuration
Primary Graphics Adapter > PCI *
Share Memory > 64MB*
Render Standby > Disabled*

Advanced\South Bridge configuration
Deep Sleep > Enabled in S5*

Advanced Storage Configuration
SATA Mode > AHCI*
Hard disk SMART > Enabled*

ADvanced\Super IO config > Serial Port - Disable

Advanced ACPI conf
Suspend to RAM > Disabled*
ACPI HPET Table > Enabled*
RTC Alarm power on > by OS*
reset of the option here is disabled.

Not so imp settings but runs the system quite. Once you boot in fans are controlled by OSX.
HW Monitor
CPU FAN > Level 2
Chassis fan settings > Level 4

Install OSX using Unibest for ML. > http://www.tonymacx86.com/61-unibeast-install-os-x-mountain-lion-any-supported-intel-based-pc.html

Download multibeast for mountain lion and make sure you install correct kexts.

Hi,
some more question before i begin:
1.Does this configuration will work with windows also?
2.in some post i read something about sleep that doesn't work, is this configuration will fix the sleep problem?

Thanks a lot.

No

For sleep to work on ASRock motherboards you will need a DSDT with correct edits.

The windows os will not work because od the bios settings or because of the patch?
if it's because the settings ( AHCI etc... ) then it's not a problem,i can keep 2 settings in my bios.
but if it's because of the patch then i'm in a big problem.

Thanks
