But i can't get iBoot to work. I have tried both normal iBoot and iBoot legacy.

your gfx card no worky

you need mtn lion too for that cpu

But i also have integrated graphics, (Intel HD4000) so if i remove my gpu it should work? :) But still, how do i get iBoot to work? Is it just not possible with my ivy bridge or do i need to install mountain lion some other way?

the stock kernel doesnt support your system until mtn lion, so you would have to install snow using iboot legacy.

if you have a mac/friend with mac, download mountain lion on their system and make the unibeast stick.
would save you a lot of hassle.
