On a Gigabyte UEFI motherboard the option is shown under the "BIOS Features" heading. You will only see the option on Ivy Bridge and Haswell hardware were an i5 or i7 processor is installed. The option to disable the feature is I think only available if your processor model number does not have a suffix of the letter 'K', that is a processor that can be over clocked.
On some Asus motherboards you may find you need to use the 'dart=0' boot flag instead.
