AMAZING THREAD!!!

Thank you very much for this invaluable information!

Kudos

Wow.. nice!!! All of this Sandy Bridge hardware has been confirmed to work flawlessly?
I am looking at building a new Sandy Bridge Hackintosh to get ready for Ivy Bridge 1155 in the future.

Couple of quick questions..
1) Is there any rumor of Ivy Bridge being OSX compatible? (not out until early 2012)
2) Is there an EASY way to get the Asus P8P67 Pro working 100% in Snow Leopard? The issue I am faced with right now is crappy sound on my Gigabyte LGA775 board and I am hoping to get it all up and running 100% vanilla OSX 10.6.7 with the P8P67 Pro for when I build my upgrade. Just need to find the right guide to do it :D

Thanks!

I can confirm that the 9800GTX+ works without any problems. From what I've read the 9800GTX should work as well. Not sure about any ATi cards as I have not worked with them.

Do you think that the above Guide Install for ASUS P8P67 Pro are sufficient or I need something to handle the 9800GTX like modifying the plist?

I'm not sure, I used the Lifehacker guide for mine - mind you I'm not running Sandy Bridge either.
