i didn't know that there was a new version...i'll install it now!

There is always a new version (in addition, I have no idea which version you're using). Whether it updates the SMC version to avoid the update notice is unknown, but something to try.

i've updated it (i had the version 3065) but the error in the log is still there!

No. Firmware updates are not appropriate for hacks (it will have no effect).

Eventually a Clover update will come along to update the SMC version.
