Boot0 error.

Hi, I've had my build close to a year ago and it's been working great.

I was restarting my machine and I was prompted by OS X, to install and restart an update or just restart. I chose the restart option.

All of a sudden, a boot0 error appeared after the bios screen. I'm not exactly sure what happened. I've tried to boot from my newly created USB/unibeast, but I'm still stuck. Does anyone have any clue as to what I should do?

Edit: I'm not sure what exactly happened, but I started to unplug my 3 internal drives leaving the SSD in. OS X booted up fine until the last final internal drive that caused the boot0 error. This last drive is solely used as a time machine backup. Each time it was connected, I couldn't boot into OS X. I booted into Windows and reformatted it. It's all good now. So bizzare.
