Bluetooth/USB not injecting

EDIT : Could have been a BIOS issue. I flashed to the latest version that's also unlocked. Tons of goodies in there to disable like VT-d and Serial Port etc. There is an option that allowed the BIOS to disable PCIe for the sake of power savings. I disabled that. Looks good so far.
