Bluetooth USB adapter Jabra A320s (BCM4350C2) not working with Clover 5144 and Monterey

I’ve used this Bluetooth USB adapter Jabra A320s with BCM4350C2 for years and it has always just worked, until I upgraded to Clover 5144 and Monterey. From system information app, I see that it is recognized by the OS.

However it cannot be turned on in system setting.

I tried using the following kexts:

AirportBrcmFixup.kext
BrcmBluetoothInjector.kext
BrcmPatchRAM3.kext
FakePCIID_XHCIMux.kext
GenericUSBXHCI.kext
RealtekRTL8111.kext
AppleALC.kext
BrcmFirmwareData.kext
FakePCIID.kext
FakeSMC.kext
Lilu.kext
WhateverGreen.kext

And set brcmfx-driver to 1, 2, and 3, and none of them worked.

Turns out, I need BlueToolFixup.kext as well.
