Blocked symbol while booting Sierra

I successfully installed Sierra on my laptop a few months ago. However, now when I try to boot, the screen shows a blocked symbol. Booting into verbose mode show this.

Not a Desktop - Moved to Sierra Laptop Support
 
I followed the guide and managed to install Mac OS Sierra but after restarting it, I get the following screen(kernel panic?)

You did not follow the guide properly.
The panic clearly shows you're not using the current VoodooPS2Controller.kext.
 
Apologies. I used Multibeast as it had worked earlier.

The guide linked in post #6, which you claimed to have followed in post #7, does not use Unibeast/Multibeast.
