Blinking underscore post clover

I don't know what's the case in general but I see 2 clover menus. First one says Boot options,about clover,restart,exit clover etc.
then when I click exit clover it takes me to the next screen (but this is where the blinking underscore appears) where I see my drives (SSD HS,Recovery etc)

Alright this is a nightmare. 3 days 12 hours a day,still refuses to work. Some help if you will.

I managed to upgrade to UEFI bios. Same thing happens. I messed around with the new BIOS options and I realized if I set "Boot mode selection":
- Legacy only: does the same thing. blinking underscore
- UEFI only: does not even take me to the clover screen.
- UEFI and Lefacy: takes me to the first clover screen, I press exit clover and I get "Stuck on Reboot and Select proper Boot device or Insert Boot Media in Selected Boot device and press a key". I searched for this as well but nothing I found seems to help.

So I did (one more) clean install and now it gives me the clover screen but I only have the option to boot from USB. My OS X drive is not there.
