I trying with bootlflags npci=0x2000, pcirootuid, nvda drv, graphics enabler and it doesn't work. yes I before it added Nvidiaweb to config.

I have the same problem with 14,2 + web driver.
I uninstalled web driver, and stayed with 14,2 + nvidia injected.
awaiting info for steps and fix for 17,2
