Black Screen after Catalina Install Reboot

Can you share the working EFI Folder of Catalina
Hardware specs:
Dell latitude 3490 laptop
Processor: Intel i3 7th gen 7020U @2.30GHz
RAM: DDR4 8GB
HDD: Seagate 1TB
Graphics: Intel HD Graphics 620
NIC: Realtek
Wifi: Qualcomm QCA61x4A 802.11ac Wireless adapter

Im having this problem too. Its like it just went to sleep. I thought i updated clover the other day tho. Anyhow, how do i add the patch when i have a black screen?

I should also add, it shows the Clover option to boot into my os hard drive but goes black when I do.
