Black Screen after Catalina Install Reboot

My Intel/NvidiaGT740 hack was on 10.14.6 Mojave and I followed the Guide on this site to "Update Directly to macOS Catalina". Prior to update I installed Clover v5097 and moved necessary kexts to /EFI/CLOVER/kexts/Other/. Downloaded Catalina installer, started same and upon first reboot, if I select *any* of the boot options, including Install Prebooter, Catalina Install, Mohave or recovery, I immediately get black screen nothing happens.

[Edit:] I added the verbose option in Clover and what I get is a row of plus signs immediatly after hitting enter to boot

What to do ....

ACPI fixes. You may EHC to EC patch in Clover configurator ACPI list of patches.

Hm.
What is the change from clover 4297 (which worked flawlessly) to the latest version I upgraded some hours ago?
Can I go back to my old clover version anyhow and would that work for catalina?

Clover don't use /EFI/Clover/driver64uefi folder anymore. It was changed to /EFI/Clover/drivers/UEFI.

Update Clover and kexts to latest version.

You need to fill in your hardware specs in your Tonymacx profile settings before we can help you. We don't know anything about your hardware.
