That chip is not compatible with OS X without two special kexts in the kext folder and the config.plist. Most people had to fit compatible Apple WIFI/BT cards to get Apple;e Services. The inbuilt Lan card will work perfectly well on the Windows side but not OS X.

The two kexts I mentioned are still in development but according to some who tried or have them running, reported good things about them and others reported internet speed is not consistent.
If you want to try the kexts, use google to find out and the process to get the inbuilt Intel card to work with OS X.

If supported your LAN will work with IntelMausiEthernet.kext present in your bootable USB.

Open Terminal share output of below,

kextstat|grep -i ethernet
system_profiler SPNetworkDataType
ifconfig -a
ping 8.8.8.8

Apologize.. My bad, kextstat & system profiler may not available on installer terminal

I was trying to check whether the kext loaded, but kextstat is not available. Hence we need to look into OC boot log/debug log to confirm it is injected. Let it be there.

BTW, have you tried the other commands ? What was the response ?
