After some nights struggling with the "install bootloop" because of the lack of a working NVRAM setup, I ripped out my SSD connected it to my son's Macbook air and updated his laptop running Mojave to the connected SSD. Then I placed the EFI folder from my USB Catalina installer in the EFI partition and Voila. An almost completely working Big Sur OS.It even boots with my secondary (HDMI Connected) monitor, which didn't work with Catalina.
Also good to mention: The MacBook Air, is booting up in the previous state, in this case, Mojave after disconnecting the SSD.
Only thing I'm facing now, is that my machine hangs after sleep. Some more reading to do.
r/hackintosh - Big Sur 11.1 with OpenCore (With some cheating :-) ) on HP Pavilion AIO.
Sorry, forgot to mention:
CPU: Intel i5-4460T (4) @ 1.90GHz
GPU: Intel HD Graphics 4600
RAM: 12GBMake and Model: HP Pavilion 22-113w AIO
I don't use. audio. will look at it later.
Since Intel WiFi/BT is not supported, I bought (say around 10 Euro each).
BlueTooth: ASUS BT400: working.
WiFi: Sitecom_WLA8100_8814AU: Working.

Not Buying Advice. Move to Big Sur Desktop Support.
