How the hell a Macbook air with 1,7 ghz can perform almost 6xxx in benchmarks :eek:
We have an i5 with 2,30 ghz :? and someone 8GB of ram.

How's this even possible? :rolleyes:
 
That's about what I get with 8GB ram installed. Nice! Fun stuff!
 
fresh install of 10.6.8 with the turbo boost ssdt.
4gb stock ram
320gb toshiba non-4k 5400rpm drive (swapped out the western digital 4k 7200rpm due to the 4k sectors, will be using it for 2nd hd caddy)
i5 2410m processor

mine is the i7 model with 16gb ram installed

benchmarked in 32 bit mode
