That doesn't look like a BCM94360CD adapter at all. The ad says nothing about macOS or hackintosh compatibility. Did you install a 94360CD Wifi/BT card into the adapter ?

Are you able to return it ? See post #8 of this thread for something that will work. If you do have an SFF case you'd need a LP adapter bracket.

I am a little confused. In the title it says Apple Broadcom bcm 94360cd. That is the model number that is provided and is in the description. So I am really confused when you say

Update.. So after installing the antenna to the adapter Bluetooth started to work with my keyboard and it's flawless. Working exactly my Mac mini. I just need help with wifi. Even after installing the wifi antenna it won't turn on.
