Avid users?

Hey Guys

I'm running media composer 5.5 on a gigabyte UD7 rev 1 mobo. I used a user dsdt in order to get my avid machine id and activate the software.

Unfortunately the aquamac string for running dual video cards is not working with the user dsdt. I haven't edited a dsdt but it looks like I'll have to figure it out to get both of my geforce 9500 cards working together again.

I think I may also be adding the new aja i/o box sometime this summer...

How do you get the machine ID with dsdt ??
I trying to fix that and i can't

I don't know the specifics of how it works.
Someone suggested that I give it a shot and (on my system) it worked.

Also I am now working with Media Composer 5.5.3, an AJA io express box and everything is working great.

Still have no idea on where to start with my dual graphics card(or lack there of) problem.
