Audio too slow and in headphones it gets some wierd sound

i have re-done all the patches and files

by far i have got my internal speakers working great but i am not getting headphones option!

i have attached the files have a look please!

Update:
Headphones are working if i plug in, but there is no option for headphones in sound preferences
and by default i get distorted sound in headphones but if i keep sound balance to right in settings then it's working alright !
small bug to fix and all done thank you bro for your help!!!

You forgot to install CodecCommander.kext.

Don't use it.
i don't intend to! if by mistake if ever i hit that button or try to lower the volume it automatically mutes
is there a way to disable mute??

You should make sure the mute button you're pressing is macOS native.
Test with SysPrefs->Sound to compare.

Also, do your research regarding CodecCommander and ALCPlugFix.
