Audio - HDMI Audio AppleHDA [Guide]

this is so confusing to me...i don't know what ssdts are or how to find them, i'm not sure if my files are messed up....when i try to clover hdmi i get the message no audio codec detected...i don't get to answer yes no questions....can someone please explain to me in simple terms or explain how i can provide you with information so that i can be helped

Now I have just returned home and powered the computer on and as if by magic the Audio is back. If it happens again I will post back. I did not do anything to resolve except run Onyx permissions repair and cleared caches followed by yet another removal of previous attempt and re-application of your script. again.

Toleda, I said I would post back if it happened again. OP #2315

I am experiencing an issue when on any given boot my hack can have onboard ports working, only HDMI working or sometimes both and I do not understand why. I have used audio_cloverALC-120_v1.0d and audio_cloverHDMI-120_v1.0d.

To the best of my knowledge it should be OK to use both.

The only other issue I am experiencing is slow boot time. I suspect the issue is not with either audio method but with something else. My question is - Does this sound familiar at all - i.e. have you heard of this before? It does make me think it might be a permissions issue.

Edited to say I have added CodecCommander.

Describing the problem with no files attached is not helpful.
Attach all requested files for each scenario:
1. Onboard only
2. HDMI only
3. Onboard and HDMI

Hello guys, i have a problem and i need your help. I have an intelNUC skylake i3 6100U with intel graphics hd 520.
this is connected to my tv Samsung via cable HDMI. The graphics is very godd, but i don't have audio...Can you help me, please?
I have install voodoo 28.9 driver.
 
i tryed with ald283 but it's the same.

  • I give up, I can not make it work, I need some help here. No HDMI output in System information nor System Preferences. No HDMI audio

However I'm running Mac in unRAID KVM, so machine type is actually Q35-2.7
