Not necessary.

OK...here's the clean install. I started with just the basics to show you all the files before patches and kexts. Here's the procedure I followed and attached files for review. Please advise what my next steps are. Do I first copy over SSDT_hdmi-hd530-1, then run the audio script, or other way around? Are there other things to do first?

Clean Install Procedure:
  1. New USB disk, new UniBeast load
  2. Boot Sierra from USB
  3. Erased Hard Drive Partition (but not EFI partition)
  4. Loaded Sierra on hard drive
  5. Restart
  6. Boot from USB, start Sierra on hard drive
  7. Mounted EFI partition on the hard drive
  8. Deleted all files/folders in EFI\EFI\Clover
  9. Ran MultiBeast with following settings Settings
    1. Quick Start = UEFI Boot Mode
    2. Drivers\Audio = Optional HD 3000/HD 4000/HD 530 HDMI Audio (not ALC1150 this time)
    3. Drivers\Network = Intel MausiEthernet v2.2.0
    4. Drivers\Misc = FakeSMC Plugins, FakeHW Monitor, NullCPUPowerManagement
    5. Drivers\USB = 3rd Party USB 3.0, 7/8/9 Series USB Support, and Increase Max Port Limit
    6. Customize\Graphics Configuration = Intel HD 530
    7. Customize\System Definitions = Mac Pro 6,1
  10. Clover Configuration Settings:
    1. Boot: delete default boot volume, check ‘debug’
    2. Devices: checked box “UseIntelHDMI”,
    3. Gui: Unchecked "Legacy"
    4. Kernel and Kext Patches: checked “debug”
  11. Reboot
Copy of IORegistryExplorer/IOJones (either) – SEE ATTACHED ‘PasterMacOS’
Copy Of Console/All Messages (last boot) – Copied and pasted system.log from Console into attached file
System/Library/Extensions/AppleHDA.kext – DOESN’T EXIST
Chameleon – NOT USED, SEE CLOVER
Clover Files:
EFI/CLOVER/config.plist - ATTACHED
EFI/CLOVER/misc/debug.log - ATTACHED
EFI/CLOVER/ACPI/Patched/dsdt.aml (if installed) – NOT INSTALLED

Great.
Using Xcode:
a. set config.plist/Devices/Audio/Inject/1 (no idea where 3 came from)
b. set config.plist/Devices/UseIntelHDMI/NO (does not work)
Install:
a. ssdt_hdef-1-100-hdas.zip
Restart, reply with new files.

OK...here' the updated files after changes...

Good.
Remove config.plist/KernelAndKextPatches/KextsToPatch/Item 0/ (10.11-SKL-1912000-4_displays)
Run cloverALC
Restart and reply with new files

Ugh....

I assume when you said run clover ALC, you meant the audio_cloverHDMI script. I ran that and restarted.

Upon restart, I get the same problem we were seeing a few weeks ago. Sierra starts to boot up, then a graphics glitch occurs in the monitor, and restarts the computer again. I broke this do loop by booting clover from my USB install disk. I could then launch Sierra from the hard drive. Attached are all the latest files after doing this.

Files are useless.

What glitch? - Screen briefly shows a bunch of broken lines, then computer restarts.
Boot verbose (-v) - what do I do with verbose mode? it shows all the text during boot, but can't capture it before the computer restarts and it all disappears. does it save somewhere, and that's what you want to see?
