Hi I am currently trying to figure out a solution to prevent an apple network driver from binding itself to my Atto FastFame network card. Sometimes when I boot up it works property because the system binds to the ATTO KEXT driver supplied by ATTO. However there are other times where a default apple driver binds to it, making the card not useable. Is there a way I can patch or edit device properties so that It always binds to the ATTO driver and never the apple one. Thanks

Here are some pictures of the ioreg:

Does anyone know how to patch the default driver AppleEthernetMLX5? Similar to how it is done with the 10GB Aquantia Cards. I don't know how they come up with the values for the find/replace in the kext patch

Example:

* com.apple.driver.AppleEthernetAquantiaAqtion
* Find: 0F84C002 0000
* Replace: 660F1F44 0000
