Attempted to dualboot through bootcamp but it wont use the partition and now I can't go back to mac

Hi! I tried to use bootcamp to install windows 10 but I get stuck on the "where do you want to install windows?" section.
It says "we couldnt create a new partition or locate an exisiting one..."
I've tried to format that partition but it's not helping.

I also can't get back to the mac os, everytime i try to reboot it goes straight to windows. If I reboot without the WININSTALL usb in then it just get's stuck on the BIOS. I even had a back up of the os on another hard drive and when I try to boot from that hard drive it still gets stuck on the BIOS.

I was using windows 10 LTSB.

You don't use Bootcamp to install windows onto a PC.
It is a PC and by definition it can run Windows unaided.

I just had this problem yesterday and I can't get back to mac OS.
