ATI 5770 without any modification

First of all, I'm totaly noob with MAC, yesterdey was my first time, that I even used one.

My spec:
ASUS P7H55 UB3; i3-550, MSI-R5770 HAWK; 2 GB ram

I installed SL 10.6 with iboot 2.5, according to Tony's install guide.
With multibeast I selected EasyBeast and System Utilities, nothing else.
After restart I ran MAC graphics update.

My 5770 is fully working, I can even run Call of Duty 4

If I can help something with sending bios or any more spec. just let me know.

I'm super jealous. I've been messing with it for hours, and I can't get my hackintosh to work with my 5770. It won't boot when the 5770 is installed. I have an 8300GS that works fine, but it's a TERRIBLE graphics card. What exactly did you do to get yours working?

Thanks, I posted in that thread but figured I'd post here too since there aren't as many replies. Thanks to the info in that thread (which IDK how I missed it being that its a sticky) I was able to get my system to boot into mac with the 5770 installed. However, the resolution is 1024x768 and its the only option I have under settings. What can I do to change resolution?

Sorry I'm a noob, but I'm coming along.

Nevermind, figured it out. Found some 32bit kext drivers and downloaded those.

Working perfect now at 1680x1050.

i am using the same graphics card, everything working fine but i can not run two monitors with it, if you could test this and write here if it works for you would be really appreciated!

Remember, you should do the 10.6.4 update and the graphics update when you have donw a clean install.

i ordered the same card, did you get it work in 64bit mode?

I have only 4 Gb of ram, so I didn't try 64 bit.
But I will check it.
