Nvidia not supported in dual-GPU switched/routed configuration (such as Nvidia Optimus).

After some playing around, I got the microphone to work by using the following SSDT:

You will addtionally need to do the following:
- inject layout-id 3 in HDEF (via Clover OR via SSDT/DSDT)
- use aDummyHDA kext from Mirone's AppleHDA patcher
- use CodecCommander
The above results in the speakers and microphone working. However, the headphone output still has static.
