Download patchmatic: https://bitbucket.org/RehabMan/os-x-maciasl-patchmatic/downloads/RehabMan-patchmatic-2015-0107.zip
Extract the 'patchmatic' binary from the ZIP. Copy it to /usr/bin, such that you have the binary at /usr/bin/patchmatic.

In terminal,
Code:
if [ -d ~/Downloads/RehabMan ]; then rm -R ~/Downloads/RehabMan; fi
mkdir ~/Downloads/RehabMan
cd ~/Downloads/RehabMan
patchmatic -extract

Note: It is easier if you use copy/paste instead of typing the commands manually.

Post contents of Downloads/RehabMan directory (as ZIP).

Also, post ioreg: http://www.tonymacx86.com/audio/58368-guide-how-make-copy-ioreg.html. Please, use the IORegistryExplorer v2.1 attached to the post! DO NOT reply with an ioreg from any other version of IORegistryExplorer.app.

And output from:
Code:
kextstat|grep -y acpiplat
kextstat|grep -y appleintelcpu

Also, post EFI/Clover folder.

Your EFI/Clover is a bit of a mess. You might want to clean it up.

Look at the mess in EFI/Clover/kexts...

What's with all the extra DSDT.aml files in ACPI/patched.

Your config.plist lacks SortedOrder, so SSDT order is not deterministic (currently, you're getting lucky).

Check your system.log to see what is happening at bootup.

Try disabling the TRIM patch.

I've cleaned it up already....And I can not get anything from the system.log.It seems that the log does not contain any boot up log...As for the SortOrder, the reason why I deleted it, is , that if I didn't, the DSDT & SSDT file will not work.I don't know why...

Are you measuring your boot time from Apple logo -> login screen?

Or are you using some other measure?

In system.log, boot starts at 'BOOT_TIME'.

As for the SortOrder, the reason why I deleted it, is , that if I didn't, the DSDT & SSDT file will not work.I don't know why...

You probably made a mistake in setting up the SortedOrder.

If you have ELAN trackpad, you should follow the author's instructions for installing the kext.
