But is it not possible to uninstall the bad component ?

Only possible if you know what each option you chose does, and how to undo it.

Dear RehabMan,

I have tested to make a Clover Post installation on my first Unibeast /Multibeast install, and it has been successful !!

I have first installed Clover on a New USB 4Go Stick, with some edit to the CLOVER/config.plist
It has boot perfectly from the USB.

I've then installed the same on the MS-DOS formatted SSD, but first it didn't boot.
Then I formatted again, and just copy the usb contents, and aded a file found on the web

named bootmgfw.efi to be in Microsoft/Boot folder in "EFI" SSD that seems to have fix this problem .

I also installed your ACPIBatteryManager.kext with a kext installer.
and made also some Bios setting :

created a Boot options named CLOVER, selected my SSD File system, and added a Path as follow :
EFI/CLOVER/CLOVERX64.efi

Then IT BOOTS from SSD !!!!

Now battery informations are shown in menu bar, but Icon allways show 30% , when on battery, even battery is full charged, but menu windows shows real informations (5 hours, for example ..)

Still brightness is not settled yet.

Found patches to edit DSDT, but i couldn't find DSDT in clover …

So I need to work on it now !!

I need also to check VGA / Sleep /Brightness / Blutooth problems that are not fixed yet (see post #1)

So will update this post soon !!

iF IT CAN HELP OTHERS, THIS IS THE COMPLETE CLOVER Post Installation I have done :

After my mutiBeast Post installation, i couldn't arrive to boot to my Yosemite partition without the USB UNIBEAST Bootloader.

So I did the following Clover Installation :

ASUS S400CA-CA010H CLOVER Post Installation :

STEP 1 : Format second USB stick as MS-DOS FAT 32 (> or = 200 Mb) and name it "CLOVER EFI"

Download and open Clover Package and Install Clover on it :

Choose following settings :

run the Clover Installer package:
- select the target of the install to "CLOVER EFI" using "Change Install Location"
- select "Customize" (the default is a legacy install -- we need to change it)
- check "Install for UEFI booting only", "Install Clover in the ESP" will automatically select
- check "Bluemac" from Themes (the config.plist files I provide use this theme)
- check "OsxAptioFixDrv-64" from Drivers64UEFI
- check "CsmVideoDxe-64" from Drivers64UEFI (to avoid Apple logo extended when boot)

After making selections then install the Clover bootloader to the USB "CLOVER EFI"

Then download HFSPlus.efi from here :
https://github.com/JrCs/CloverGrower...64/HFSPlus.efi
and copy it to /EFI/Clover/drivers64UEFI

Then , Remove EFI/CLOVER/kexts/10.6, 10.7, 10.8, 10.9, 10.10, 10.XX, … leaving just 'Other'

Then copy only boot necessary Kext to Clover/kexts/Other with simple copy/paste with Finder (don't need kext installer in this case, just drag and drop in Finder )

I Have copied these Kext in EFI/CLOVER/kexts/Other:

FakeSMC.kext: https://github.com/RehabMan/OS-X-FakeSMC-kozlek
VoodooPS2Controller.kext: https://github.com/RehabMan/OS-X-Voodoo-PS2-Controller
GenericUSBXHCI.kext: https://github.com/RehabMan/OS-X-Generic-USB3

Then download the good config.plist corresponding to HD4000 from here :
https://github.com/RehabMan/OS-X-Clo...ive/master.zip

then re-name it as config.plist and replace the one installed by Clover in /EFI/Clover/config.plist.

then Re Edit the file EFI/CLOVER/config.plist with Plist Pro :

Modify Plist Product name :
Smbios- ProductName - string - to MacBookAir5,1

Then Checked if all parameters bellow feet as follow:

- SystemParameters - InjectKexts - <true/>
- Graphics - Inject - ATI - <false/>
- Graphics - Inject - Intel - <true/>
- Graphics - ig-platform-id - 0x01660003
- KernelAndKextPatches - AsusAICPUPM - <true/>

So changed :
SystemParameters - InjectKexts from <Detect/> To <true/>
- SystemParameters - InjectKexts - <true/>

The New Boot USB with Clover is ready

Plug the the new USB "CLOVER EFI" in the USB3, then

Restart the computer

You will now see clover interface on boot.
Select boot from Mac OSX.

Note : so don't need the first USB Unibeast Bootloader anymore now.

STEP 2 : Now, we need to format the SSD :

Open Disc Utility , then select your SSD, and select partition /1 partition/Format MS-DOS FAT, and Option /MBR.,
and Name it "EFI"

Click Apply.

Then we need to install Clover on the SSD :

STEP 3 :

Just copy by drag and drop all contents of the "CLOVER EFI" USB to the "EFI" SSD partition.

and copy the Microsoft/Boot/bootmgfw.efi on the "EFI" SSD, that i have found here :

asus400cakexts.zip
(http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/302070-install-yosemite-asus-s400ca/)

Then eject "CLOVER EFI" USB , and reboot, from Osx Yosemite Partition with the Clover interface.

That's It !!

thank you thank you, a thousand times thank you nomadzz !!!

Only a few things for anyone else reading this: When copying the Microsoft\Boot\bootmfgw.efi make sure to keep the same file directory, that is, \microsoft\boot\
Make sure to also create a new boot option in the BIOS exactly like I have: efi\clover\cloverx64.efi
I didn't need to reformat my HDD either :)

One question though, on booting and opening LaunchPad, there are super noticeable graphical glitches. If anyone has a fix for this please let me know!

Please provide complete details in your profile/signature
(Profile/Settings link in upper right corner of this site)

System: manufacturer/model + bootloader(Clover/Chameleon/Chimera)
CPU: detailed CPU model + motherboard chipset
Graphics: all graphics devices + laptop internal screen resolution

For example, typical Ivy laptop:
Mobo: HP ProBook 4540s (Clover)
CPU: i5-3320m/HM76
Graphics: HD4000, 1366x768

Use CPU-Z on Windows to find CPU (Core iX-xxx) and motherboard chipset (HMxx), and graphics capabilities. For a laptop, these details are important and affect critical installation procedures.
