Thanks for the reply. I've used PMPatch, but it seems to work only with .ROM files. On Asus servers, there are only .CAP files for this board.

Above all, I've already tried to use PMPatch with the last firmware version (.CAP file), but it gives me a log full of errors, after conversion.

Do you think that it's possible to patch the bios to lock that xHCI Mode = Smart Auto and avoid the downgrading of USB3 ports to USB2 during bios boot phase and make users independent of Windows ?

Request for ASUS P8Z77-V Deluxe motherboard. Thank you very much.
Also the original dsdt.dat extracted with iasldump and iaslxtract on windows is not compiling, giving 2 errors and 3 warnings in windows and in maciasl(with newest version of iasl installed):
Min/Max/Length/Gran are all zero, but no resource tag
Non-hex letters must be uppercase(pnp0c14)

Any idea of why these happens?

EDIT: Fixed all the errors and warnings(with google) except this warning: "_REG has no corresponding operation region" which is in these lines:
Method (_REG, 2, NotSerialized) // _REG: Region Availability

}
}

feels quite ironical as _REG is the region availability but it have no operation region.

Is there a way to get rid of that warning or just leave it there?

EDIT AGAIN:

Commented out that whole method since seems like no one ever uses that method. Feels a bit unsafe though...

Also for the BCM43xx patch will it work for BCM43228?

Update: I install 1707 version from Asus website . No success flashing , after patching with DPCIManager
