[ASK] Can run Mojave on Core Duo e8500 with nVidia GT 730??

hi there,
I have tried install macOS install mac os mojave on this PC that have spec:
Core Duo e8500
Asus P5K
nVidia 9500gt
Already succes installed, but have bug graphic darkish grey on top menu bar and on other element that should be alpha blur, this bug only showing on day mode theme, on dark mode not present.
i know this issue because on current video card i used not support pre metal gpu required for running macOS mojave,

I wanna remove and change my current vga to nVidia GT 730 then.
I have question before buying this card,
What my cpu only core duo e8500 have only SSE 4.1 instruction set, will my cpu suitable/compatible with GT 730 and this will supported macOS mojave ?

I'd highly recommend that anyone still using a Core 2 Duo either stay on High Sierra or upgrade to at least an Ivy Bridge system to run Mojave. They are very inexpensive these days on Ebay. Look for the HP 8300 models or a Dell Optiplex 7010/9010 desktop system. Find links to the guides in my signature below.

Here's a Core i5 HP 8300 for about 104 USD shipped. No reason to still be using an ancient Core2DUO these days.
