Are my parts compatible with sierra?

Hello everyone, this is my first time posting here so don't know much. So what I want to ask is that whether my parts are compatible with OS Sierra or not. Following are my PC's configuration:

1. i7 4790k cpu
2. Asus maximus vii hero motherboard
3. Sapphire R9 280X GPU
4. G SKILL 2X8gb 2100mhz RAM
5. Corsair h100i cooler
6. Corsair RM 750W PSU
7. 2x SSD
8. 2x HDD

I previously installed yosemite and it worked great with this build. Also i want to buy a new GPU so which one should i buy out of the following:
1. Sapphire RX 480 8GB
2. GTX 1060
3. GTX 1070
4. GTX 1080/ti

I want the one which is suitable for final cut pro. Please respond and thank you for your time

There is no support whatsoever for the GTX 10*0 graphics series.

AMD cards currently will not wake from sleep in Sierra.

I don't have your hardware, it is for you to do your own research.
Use the forum Search tool using your motherboard and CPU as search terms to find User Builds with similar parts.
