Motherboard
Z370 > Need make and full model name > See Rules!
CPU
i7-8700
Graphics
RTX 2060
Issue:
I think that the BroadCom card is causing the error in the boot.
PC build:
Motherboard - Gigabyte Z370-HD3
CPU - i7-8700
SSD - Samsung 970 Pro
RAM - ADATA 16GBx2 + 32GBx1
PCIE x4 with BroadCom 94322

Gigabyte Z370 BIOS version F13 is in use. I don't want to downgrade to F8, because I am using a modded version of F13 that allows 128GB of RAM.

Search for 1683.
This usually happens when installing Catalina not Mojave.
