AppleHDA HDMI Audio [Guide]

Yeah when I got rid of NvidiaGraphicsFixup.kext I lost monitor signal, so I had to use vnc to give you report.
But I've already recovered it with Pike's AppleGraphicsDevicePolicy patch, so here is report files with both DisplayPort and HDMI connected (also uninstalled soundflower and got rid of FixHDA)

Only problem remaining is the Nvidia Web driver HDMI audio issue.
Hot Plug the DP cable, make an IOReg
Hot Plug the HDMI cable, make an IOReg
Attach both IORegs.

Hi,

I have an NVidia GT 1030.
I tried method 1 and 2 to fix HDMI Audio.
Before trying any method in IOReg under PCI0/PEG0, HDAU was showing up without an Arrow.
After trying both methods in IOReg under PCI0/PEG0, HDAU shows the Arrow with some info.
But still I cannot see the HDMI under my Audio options.
What info should I post to try and fix the issue?
Please note, that I don't know if in 10.3.3 HDMI audio was working for this card as this is a new build.
I know that until I tried to run the iGPU of my i3-8100 I was able to use HDMI audio.

So is it bad web driver version or what?

Post #2, Workaround #2 : worked like a charm for my GTX 970!
i did it with Clover Configurator(then opened it with XCode but it doesn't seem necessary ).
Took me a while to understand how to extract the correct device-id though...(duh!)



...and the community rocked once more!
